Description
ALL FIX HIGH TACK is an ultra-high tack one component powerful adhesive and sealant. It is based on modern HYBRID - SMP technology (Hybrid Silyl Modified Polymer) and it is solvent an isocyanate free. Exhibits an extremely high initial grab without requiring any temporary fixation. Replaces screws and nails. It cures by reaction with moisture. Unused material inside the cartridge can be used up to 3 months after first use if stored properly.

APPLICATIONS

- Adheres perfectly on most common substrates such as glass, wood, metals, coated and uncoated aluminum, mirrors, concrete, stone, marble, PVC, ABS, polycarbonate, etc.
- Filling and sealing gaps, cracks, and joints.
LIMITATIONS
Not suitable for bonding for bonding PE, PP, PTFE, PC, PMMA, soft plastics, neoprene and bituminous substrates. Not suitable for permanent immersion in chlorinated water and contact with food.

Instructions for use
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Surfaces must be clean, free of dust and grease.
- Use silicone applicator guns with a mechanical advantage ratio of 12:1 – 26:1.
- Apply using the special V-Nozzle, parallel stripes with 3-5 cm distance in between.
- The thickness of the adhesive should be 2-3 mm.
- Assemble surfaces before skin formation.
- When joining the two surfaces, press them evenly and firmly.
- Avoid applying any detaching forces for at least 24 hours, until the adhesive fully cures.
- Mechanical support until curing is usually unnecessary due to high initial grab.
- For sealing applications, finish with soapy water before skin formation.
A suitability test is recommended.
ALL FIX HIGH TACK may be over painted 24 – 72 hours after application. However, due to the large number of paints and varnishes available we strongly suggest a compatibility test before application.
The drying time of alkyd resin based paints may increase. Due to the wide variety of possible substrates, we recommend a preliminary compatibility test. This product cannot be used as a glazing sealant.

REMARKS
ALL FIX HIGH TACK presents good resistance to water, aliphatic solvents, mineral oils, grease, diluted inorganic acids and alkalis. Presents poor resistance to aromatic solvents, concentrated acids, chlorinated hydrogens
CLEANING
Clean all equipment with White Spirit immediately after use. Fully cured material can only be removed mechanically.
