Instructions for use
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Unscrew and remove the cap
- Cut the film and screw on the static mixer
- Place the cartridge into the gun
- Drill hole with an electric drill to the diameter and depth required according to anchor size.
- Clean the drill hole thoroughly with a round brush with diameter larger than the diameter of the drill hole.
- Clean hole and remove dust with a blow pump or by compressed air
- Extrude until both parts come out uniformly. Do not use non uniform material. Clean the cartridge opening with a cloth.
- Inject the adhesive into the hole, starting from the bottom and slowly drawing back the static mixer. Avoid entrapping air.
- Fill hole to approximately ½ - ¾ full.
- Insert the clean threaded bar to the bottom of the hole using a back and forth twisting motion ensuring all the threads are thoroughly coated. Adjust to the correct position within the stated working time. Allow some adhesive to come out of the hole.
Caution: the anchor must be placed within the working time (consult table). During the hardening time the anchor must not be moved or loaded.
For applications in hollow bricks, aerated concrete blocks and stones an internal threaded socket must be used.
When the work is interrupted the static mixer can remain on the cartridge after the gun pressure has been relieved. If the resin has hardened in the nozzle a new nozzle must be attached. Do not use after expiry date.
