Description
GOLDFOAM LOW 65Lt is a professional one-component, high yield, low expansion, ready-to-use polyurethane foam with excellent thermal and sound insulation properties. After curing, the foam can be trimmed and sanded. It expands minimally after application, offering higher yield compared to conventional PU foams, making it very economical. Its innovative formula ensures rapid curing, saving time during application.
ADVANTAGES
- Higher yield – up to +50%
- Fast curing formula
- Low expansion after application
- Excellent adhesion on most substrates
- High thermal and sound insulation

Instructions for use
Surface preparation
Moistening the surfaces with a water sprayer improves adhesion and curing speed.
Application
- Surfaces must be clean, free of dust and grease.
- Shake the can well for at least 30 seconds.
- Fit the special application nozzle firmly onto the valve.
- Hold the can upside-down and extrude the foam by pressing the trigger.
- Fill gaps up to 65% as the foam will expand.
- Protect cured foam from sunlight after application.
Caution: Product suitability testing is recommended.
REMARKS
- Avoid contact with uncured foam after application, especially at low temperatures.
- Cured PU foam must be protected from UV radiation and high temperatures.
- Before use, store the foam at room temperature for at least 12 hours.
CLEANING
Fresh foam can be removed with GUN & FOAM CLEANER or acetone. Clean the gun thoroughly after each use to ensure longevity. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.
