Description
XTRAFOAM LOW GUN is a one-component, self-expanding, ready-to-use polyurethane foam with excellent thermal and sound insulation properties. After curing, the foam can be trimmed and sanded. It has minimal expansion after application, making it very economical to use. Equipped with a plastic adaptor head for use with a professional foam applicator gun.
ADVANTAGES
- Lower expansion after application
- Excellent adhesion on most substrates
- High thermal and sound insulation
- High yield and good filling capacity
- Less propellant – user and environmentally friendly

Instructions for use
Surface preparation
Moistening the surfaces with a water sprayer improves adhesion and curing speed.
Application
- Surfaces must be clean, free of dust and grease.
- Shake the can well for at least 30 seconds.
- Attach the professional foam gun to the adaptor.
- Hold the can upside-down and extrude the foam by pressing the trigger.
- Fill gaps up to 65% as the foam will expand.
- Protect cured foam from sunlight exposure after application.
Caution: Product suitability testing is recommended.
REMARKS
- Avoid contact with uncured foam after application, especially at low temperatures.
- Cured PU foam must be protected from UV radiation and high temperatures.
- Before use, store the can at room temperature for at least 12 hours.
CLEANING
Fresh foam can be removed with GUN & FOAM CLEANER or acetone. Proper cleaning of the gun after each application ensures long life. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.
