STAIN BLOCK M22 AQUA is a waterbased clear ΝΑΝΟ water and oil repellent designed to protect a variety of surfaces without altering their natural appearance. It exhibits excellent penetration ability and allows surface breathing. Provides excellent protection against nature’s destructive forces, staining from oils and household dirt. Provides a long lasting, breathable barrier which exhibits superior resistance to water, oils, stains, moisture intrusion, airborne dust, salt, acid rain, alkali, frost and high temperatures.

APPLICATIONS
Waterproofing and protection from staining, and frequent use of:
- Unpolished marble and granite surfaces (for colored marble we suggest a compatibility test)
- Concrete building surfaces
- Natural and artificial stone surfaces (verandas, garden stone patios etc.)
- Tile joints and porous ceramic tiles (terracotta)
- Decorative bricks
- It is suitable for interior and exterior horizontal and vertical surfaces.
- Surfaces treated with STAIN BLOCK M22 AQUA can be easily cleaned from spots and stains with clean water.

Instructions for use
Substrate preparation
- Surfaces must be dry and clean from dust, unstable material, oil, and rust.
- New marble and granite surfaces must be cleaned with a wet sponge and suitable detergent prior to application.
- Old unpolished - stained marble must be cleaned with marble cleaner CL 22 OXY CLEAN prior to application.
- Old stained stone surfaces must be cleaned with CL 17 OXY CLEAN prior to application. Pressure clean wide stone surfaces if needed to remove dirt and use CL 17 OXY CLEAN for stagnant stains.

Tile joints:
- New tile joints: Allow 7 - 10 days after grouting before applying STAIN BLOCK M22 AQUA. Clean new joints with a wet sponge and allow them to dry out completely.
- Old tile joints: Remove old stains and dirt with CL 17 OXY CLEAN. Wash thoroughly with water and allow them to dry out completely. Hairline grout cracks may be waterproofed with STAIN BLOCK M22 AQUA.
- Surfaces must be completely dry prior to application.
Application
- Stir material thoroughly before and during application.
- STAIN BLOCK M22 AQUA can be applied with a brush, roller, or spray gun. Special attention must be given for even application.
- When applied on very porous substrates, a second coat is recommended.
- Windows, doors, plants, etc., must be carefully covered prior to application.
- STAIN BLOCK M22 AQUA when dry is not harmful for humans and the environment.
REMARKS
A compatibility test is recommended in an inconspicuous spot prior to full scale application especially for granites and marble due to the wide range of types and quality provided in the market. Products efficiency is better on sloped surfaces without stagnant water.
CLEANING
Surplus material during application may be removed with a cloth or sponge. Clean tools and equipment immediately after use with water.
